A very friendly staff that gives advice even if it means suggesting options where they won't get as much of a profit. Sent me photos, videos and a call after their closing hour the very same day that I requested diagnostic. Honest, transparent and welcoming. I am glad to have them close to where I live!

The people at Trouts Automotive were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had an emergency as my tire had a nail in it and I needed to get it fixed before I had to drop the kids off in the morning for school. They explained their process and was luckily able to fit me in that morning to get me on my way. Their fast, friendly service was just what I needed that morning.
